An amateur is all I can think of, but I can’t see how they’d think they had something to gain. And I can’t see why he’d have kept quiet about it. He’s hardly the only person here who’s in danger if someone starts getting jumpy about things with teeth, and he could have sent a message out anonymously if he needed to. I’ve not seen anything to that effect.
